Does It Really Work?

Due to the unique formula, Adimin may help with insulin resistance, inflammation, and gut health.

But In all honesty, Adimin probably does not have any significant effects on metabolic rate or body fat.

Real users have anecdotally experienced weight loss, but this could be from a variety of reasons like taking on a new diet and exercise Interventions, and/or normalizing bowel movements.

Adimin Ingredients

Tributyrin is a natural fatty acid that makes up approximately 3-5% of food sources like butter.

Can It Help With Fat Loss?

There has been some promising data amongst rodents, showing an improvement in metabolic markers and anti-inflammatory properties[1] via Tributyrin supplementation.

However, this is only useful in the occurrence of low microbiome production, which is rare amongst those observing a varied diet.

Regardless, the modifications seen in metabolic (insulin sensitivity) and inflammatory markers were independent of body fat reduction.

Another key detail is that the rodents were fed around 2g/kg of tributyrin, which is an exaggerated amount if practically applied in humans.

Based on this study, for an average male weighing 75kg, a dose of 150000 mg would be required.

At this moment of time, it is impossible to determine if such doses are safe.

The Adimin supplement contains only 1000 mg of tributyrin, so it may not even have the same properties found in the research, let alone weight loss.

Generically, dietary fibre is very satiating, therefore it may keep you fuller for longer, so that you do not overeat throughout the day. Subsequently, this may help reduce fat through controlling caloric intake.

Dietary fibre also has a high thermic effect, so your body requires some additional calories to process it after consumption.

By Adimin including a low 200 mg of Sunfiber®, I do not see a significant loss in body fat, but may have a prebiotic effect.

A premium ingredient that may promote good gut health and bowel movements.

Bacillus Coagulans (ProDURA)

Bacillus Coagulans (ProDURA) is a unique spore-forming bacteria.

The Ingredient has probiotic properties, so its main interaction is with the digestive system. Thereby, it may help relieve digestive issues like constipation, diarrhea, indigestion, Irritable bowel syndrome etc.

Bacillus Coagulans may aid weight loss via promoting the passing of stool, but will likely not influence body fat.

What’s So Special About Its Formula?

Adinmin Includes premium lab registered ingredients from around the globe, amalgamated into one supplement.

These ingredients may improve general health by normalizing biomarkers, and vital bodily functions.

Health Benefits of Adimin

Modified Metabolic Markers

Due to the Tubrutyrin content in Adimin, there is a possibility of reversing obesity related insulin resistance[2] and promoting insulin sensitivity.

This could reduce the risk of diabetes and all of its subsequent ailments.

As mentioned, the research on the health benefits of Tubrutyrin are still in the early stages, and are yet to be examined amongst humans.

Anti-inflammatory Properties

People can experience oxidative stress through an imbalance of oxygen reactive species, which chains into a painful inflammatory response.

Variables that influence oxidative stress include: obesity, smoking, excessive alcohol, pollution, certain drugs etc.
The Tubrutyrin content in Adimin may have anti-inflammatory properties in the adipose tissue (fat), via changing the expressions of specific genes[3].

Prebiotic & Probiotic Properties

The Sunfiber® and Bacillus Coagulans (ProDURA) content in Adinmin may help to maintain normal gut flora.

In turn, this may help normalise immune functions, bowel movements and transit time.

Potential Side Effects

Adimin is relatively safe with its dosing, but there is always an element of risk, in terms of side effects.

Tributyrin is safe in a single dose of Adimin.

Overdose of this ingredient can be cytotoxic[4], but this is a highly unlikely event as doses represent ≥10.3 g/kg[5]

For the average 75 kg individual, we are looking at 772.5g/772,500mg.

Bacillus Coagulans (ProDURA)

This ingredient should be relatively safe, but you may experience some minor side effects that I have labeled below.

Some uncommon side effects[6]of this ingredient include:

  • Hives/allergies
  • Fever/chills
  • Diarrhea

More common side effects[7] include:

  • Bloating
  • Gas
  • Mild stomach pain

How To Take Adimin?

As directed, you could ingest 4 capsules Adimin with a glass of water or juice, preferably after a meal.

Personally, I would take Adimin with breakfast, so that the ingredients do not have the chance to interact with my other supplements taken in the afternoon/evening.

Adimin Reviews

  • Possible anti-inflammatory properties
  • Possible modification in metabolic health (insulin sensitivity)
  • Possible prebiotic and probiotic properties to maintain adequate gut health
  • Gluten-free
  • Many claims which could have a placebo effect
  • Overpriced for its benefits
  • Does not really have any fat burning properties

Adimin Worth Buying?

Without a doubt, a lot of work has gone into producing Adimin.

The product must be praised for its inclusion of premium ingredients and effective marketing strategies.

Although it may modify some aspects of health, I would opt for a balanced diet promoting the same benefits.

Final Thought

Adimin may reduce insulin resistance and inflammation of adipose tissue, as well as maintaining good gut health.

However, I do not think that the product has any meaningful weight loss properties.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any weight loss supplements on the market?

The simple answer is NO!
Some supplements that contain caffeine may have some thermic effect, which means they ‘burn calories’ to process.
These supplements may also naturally increase activity levels and suppress appetite.
Even with these properties, you should not expect any significant weight loss.
NOTHING can replace a calorie controlled diet and activity.

How can a supplement like Adimin help during my weight loss journey?’

Buying a new ‘weight loss’ supplement may motivate you to change other more meaningful areas of your life, like diet and exercise.
Moreover, it could have a great placebo effect to keep you motivated.
